In an unlikely and rare event where a customer is displeased with the services provided, we will provide a refund only if the reasons are genuine and proved after the internal investigation of the issue.​

Our Policy For The Refund

  • Please contact us on Reach Us Page or by sending an email to support@infotrixx.io You can also send an email to your Account Manager with the Infotrixx. Please make sure to outline the reason for cancellation with the proof. Also, please attach the signed SOW in the cancellation request email.

  • We will strive our best to make sure the service provided needs all the needs and requirements of the client. We take fast action on any issues with the service within 12-48 business hours. Still if the client is not fully satisfied with the resolution provided we can proceed with the refund. If the customer has paid using a credit card, the refund will be issued with the original credit card used to make the payment. In case of any payment gateway payments will be made to the same account from which is was paid.

  • Although the charges for refund are very nominal and depends on the conversion rates for international clients, Infotrixx may change the charge policies from time to time. All the changes will be mentioned in this page.
